Privacy

CricClash is a small fan-made game. There are no accounts and no sign-ups.

Stored on your device

A random ID used to recognise your leaderboard entries.
Your chosen handle, if you claim a spot on the leaderboard.
Your Versus win/loss record.

Clearing your browser storage removes all of it.

Leaderboard: if you claim a 500 Club spot, your handle, score and XI are stored so the board can be shown to everyone.
Wins board: if you opt in after 10 overall wins, your handle, badge and win count are stored so the public ranks list can be shown to everyone. Opening the board does not post your name. Posting again at a later rank (25, 50, 100…) updates the same entry.
Versus: while a room is live, the server holds the two captains' display names, their picks and a match seed. Rooms are deleted automatically after three idle hours. Anonymous match data (the two teams, the seed, and the scoring log — no names or devices) is kept for 14 days for troubleshooting, keyed only by a short Match ID shown on the result.
Analytics: anonymous counts of page views, drafts started and matches finished, plus a coarse referrer bucket (for example "reddit"). No personal data, no cross-site tracking.

Advertising & Cookies

CricClash serves Google ads (AdSense Auto Ads) on its informational pages: How to Play, Modes, Guides, FAQ, About, and What's New. Ads are not loaded on the live game or match screens, or on this Privacy page or the Terms page. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to collect and use data for personalization and measurement. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage your ad personalization settings at https://adssettings.google.com. This site does not use any of this data to identify you personally, and no real-money transactions occur on CricClash regardless of any ads shown.

Children's information

CricClash does not require account creation or collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that would require special handling under applicable law, and we do not serve personalized advertising to users known to be under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at cricclashhelp@gmail.com and we will address it.
